Some of my services are more frequently required for probate properties.

This is not limited to interfacing with the family and beneficiary of the decedent’s legal representation, but also supervising the preparation and property repairs before marketing, as well as the clean-out and haul away of discards.

With probates, we aim to bring you the general order of events.

However, keep in mind that several factors will affect the length of a probate, including court scheduling and the alignment of family goals. N.B. this is intended for an audience in California only—other states may have a slightly different flow to their probate process.
